The energy of your heart is exponentially wiser than your head’s ability to figure things out. Research shows your heart’s field changes distinctly as you experience different emotions. Focusing on positive emotions can significantly alter your experience of stressful events. When you are irritated by someone, someplace or something, stop and take a deep cleansing breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose, and put your hand on your heart. As you deeply exhale through your mouth, imagine, sense and perceive the irritated energy is being released down into the earth. Let this stress travel down through your belly, your hips and legs and feet, being drawn down into the earth. Do this a few times while you visualize the earth’s magnetic field pulling your irritation into her core and easily transforming it into soil and trees. Continue to breathe deeply as you keep your hand on your heart. Walk with this lighter and brighter energy into the rest of your day.
